Our goal is to help screen printing shop owners become more efficient in the art side of their business and save them time, so they can thrive. We strive to fulfill their production artwork-related demands with our three core principles - respect, simplicity, and intentionality. If at any point, we fail to deliver on our promises, we encourage clients to give us feedback, and we will act on it immediately.
What We Do:
We are a remote art department that offers essential services for screen printing shops. Our services include vector redraw, color separations, proofs and mock-ups, manipulation of existing artworks, DTF and DTG file prep, embroidery digitizing, and special projects related to production-ready art file creation. We only take on projects that can be transferred to our team in a systematic way and become scalable.
What We Do Not Do:
We do not accept hand-drawn illustrations or any project request that cannot be clearly described in written form or a short video recording.
What to Expect From Us:
We will keep you informed of the status of every job request and respect your time. We will strive to keep things simple for you and provide access to account managers and organizational leadership if you encounter any obstacles. We will work professionally and efficiently on your jobs and provide you with all source files.
What we expect from you:
We expect clear communication, completing job input templates or forms to avoid unnecessary back and forth, and respecting our team members.
What We Consider 1 Job Request:
A job can have any or all three of these design tasks: vector redraw, proofs and mock-ups, and color separations. We consider a "job" a typical t-shirt or garment decoration order that a shop would print.
- Your customer sends you a JPG, and you need proofs and color separations. We consider this 1 job.
- You must print on the front, back, and sleeves with similar artwork. You need vectors, proofs, and color separations. We consider this 1 job.
- You have multiple designs, and you need multiple proofs and color separations in the same order. Each design is considered a separate job.
- You have a job with multiple imprint locations - front, back, sleeves - all requiring vectors and multi-color. If a job takes a designer more than 1 working hour to complete, we reserve the right to assign multiple "number of requests" to it. We'll let you know in advance if we will assign multiple "number of requests" to a project you send in.
Our Working Hours:
We are open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Job requests sent after 4 pm EST will be acknowledged on the next business day.
