When Am I Billed?

Each month, you will be charged for your monthly plan on a recurring basis. Any add-ons you purchase will be charged immediately as a one-time fee.

For shops with high demand for embroidery digitizing services, we offer a prepaid credit system. This system eliminates the need to charge your credit card every time you submit a digitizing request. Credits purchased for digitizing do not expire and carry over from month to month.

When you submit a request for embroidery digitizing, the appropriate number of credits will be deducted from your account.
